Apple River Recipe

Ingredients	My Bar
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 cup (Crushed) Ice
1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Apple River Directions Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, ice cream and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with half an apple ring, and serve.
Serve Apple River in a Parfait Glass
